I like these chairs alot once they are open. The hard part is getting the highball poles into and out of the bottom pole slots. I squirted some WD40 into each pole part and that helped somewhat. I also find that it's best to put the folded chairs back into their sleeve when you're not on a sandy beach. Wait until you're back by the pool or condo.Had these for a week at the beach and they broke. The metal bar on one side snapped in half. The fabric was tearing as well. I’m only 145lbs and I just sat in it and got up a few times to get in the water and after a few days it broke on me. Not well made.Have purchase many beach chairs in the past but these are the best.I love the tall back. (Nap time!). I haven’t used them yet so we’ll see about durability. They aren’t the most solid feeling beach chairs.Bought the pair in June for vacation in July.Spent a week at the beach.Seems stretching,back peeling,framing came apartand ripping from the front.Used 4 days.This is how when came back.Very disappointed.This chair is a great beach chair! I say "chair" because they only sent ONE chair! Had to return it in order to get refund.P.S. If you order, save your packing material. Amazon requires purchaser to repack to return item.Not nowhere near high enough backsI paid for 2 chairs and only one was delivered.
