The bag arrived super quick but unfortunately was missing the straps. I reached out to the seller & they went ABOVE & Beyond. They actually overnighted the straps to me @ the beach house we were renting. I couldn’t believe it, they were so kind and I was able to use the bag for the entire trip. I wish I would have got a name but whoever helped me was amazing. The bag itself is fabulous, the amount of items you can stuff in there is crazy!!! So glad I went with this bag instead of the bogg bag.Nice large size, sturdy material, super color!! Love that it stands firm and you can put a lot in and see everything without digging around. The only downside is that it is a bit heavy. Had I been able to hold it prior to purchase, I probably would not have bought it just because of the weight. Will still use it!I love this bag. I bought it for my daughter and now I want one for myself. However, the inside zip up pouch was on back order. Everything has come except that. It has been over 2 weeks with no word from the seller. I’m becoming concerned I may not get it.The bag arrived quickly, looked just like the picture and seemed to be well made. But I decided to return it because of how heavy it was (and really heavy with all my beach gear in it!) and the straps wouldn’t stay on my shoulder when I tried to carry it. I found it just too bulky and awkward. The seller gave me a refund but I had to pay for return shipping. So this purchase was a $20 mistake. :( Bummer.I absolutely love this bag! It’s a little pricy but I’ll never need another! All of my friends on the lake asked where I got it! Love the color and the fact that I could build it myself!I haven’t carried it yet but it is so cute and love the pocket insert. We are heading to Key west so it will be perfect
